Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Program is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting with the goal of gaining  safe
positions from which the practitioner can utilize submission holds and controlling techniques to force the opponent to give up. It
promotes the principle that a smaller , weaker person using leverage and technique can successfully defend themselves against
a bigger, stronger assailant. Bjj can be trained for self defense or sport  and is considered a fundamental component of mixed
martial arts
. It is a rigorous workout which not only promotes stamina, weight loss, flexibility, and coordination, but also instills
confidence from the knowledge of learning how to protect yourself. Its non-aggressive nature makes it an ideal martial arts
program for children.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Program is a hybrid style which combines elements from Muay Thai kickboxing and MMA
(which is a blend of wrestling and BJJ). The class provides the training for those striving to explore a MMA style
workout or simply want a realistic and intense training enviornment without ever having to fight in a cage. Kickboxing focuses on
the stiking aspect of self defense. In this class we work on the proper body mechanics to throw punches, kicks, elbows, and
knees while incorporatin numerous conditioning drills and circuit training. MMA Grappling is essentially the same as the BJJ
without the use of the traditional uniform. Because there are fewer grips it makes for a faster style with different submission
and controlling techniques. It is an ideal supplement for the BJJ student who want to prepare himself for self defense and
competition scenarios where the grip of the clothing is not an option. Our MMA program promotes weight loss, muscle toning,
increased flexibility, and stress relief while leaning valuable self defense skills.

Kickboxing Program  This program is ideal for individuals who are specifically interested in the
striking techniques of self defense. Members also enjoy the fitness and conditioning aspects of this program. You will have
access to all of our group instructional classes in Muay Thai Kickboxing and Boxing and also have access to the boxing gym
during open gym time. If you are burned out on the treadmill and looking for a fun way to stay in shape with coaches who
genuinely care about your progress and success, this program is for you!

Elite Combat Athlete Program This program is only for those serious about becoming the best martial artist and athlete that
they can be. This package allows you unlimited access to all of our programs and will enable you to become a well-rounded,
complete martial artist and athlete. Lean the submissions of jiu-jitsu, the takedowns of wrestling and judo, the leg locks of
sambo and catch-wrestling, the kicks and knees of Muay Thai, and the sweet science of boxing.
Attention: Like the name of the program implies, this is an elite program only for dedicated people who are serious about
improving their skill and level of fitness! New students must first graduate our Foundation Program before qualifying to be invited
to Elite Combat Athlete.

KIDS  (7-12 yrs): In addition to learning the martial arts styles metioned above, our youth program teaches Bully Prevention,
Kidnap Prevention, School Safety, and HomeSafety. These specialized safety tips for kids are not taught anywhere else and
are integrated into each martial arts lesson. Children also learn Focus, Courtesy, Respect, Sportsmanship, and Work Ethic in
our program.

Little Ninjas (4-6 yrs); This is a fast paced class specially created for this age group. Children learn techniques by participating
in a unique combination of highly specialized games that allow them to learn in a fun way. Your child will love it! We also teach
bully preventionsafety awareness, & kidnap prevention. Children see a big improvement in focus, concentration,
courtesy, and sportsmanship

ZUMBA : This class is the most fun way to burn 600+ calories per hour! It is a blend of high interval training done to Latin
Music. Learn how to dance Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Samba, Hip Hop, Cha Cha Cha, and more while you burn a ton of fat!!
Classes are smaller than what you will find in big health clubs so you can take advantage of close access to the instructor.
Perfect for beginners who want to learn in an non intimidating atmosphere and who don’t like feeling they are ” Lost in the Crowd”
